Position: After Hours Dispatcher & Operations Assistant
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 PM 2:00 AM EST

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented After Hours Dispatcher & Operations Assistant to support our team during evening hours. This role blends dispatch responsibilities with administrative support billing coordination HR liaison duties and executive assistance. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Serve as the after-hours dispatcher handling requests calls or assignments during scheduled hours.
Ensure smooth communication and task handoff between teams during shift transitions.
Assist with billing-related tasks as directed.
Act as the liaison with our 3rd party HR company.
Collect and verify employee hours from department heads and submit them to the HR company for payroll processing.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including coordinating with HR and ensuring all documentation is complete.
Provide direct support to the executive team including:
Cleaning and organizing inboxes.
Calendar management and scheduling.
Handling ad hoc tasks assignments and research.
Prior experience in dispatch operations HR coordination or executive assistance preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
