Job Description

As Finance Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity across all functionsfrom daily operations to strategic insights. Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including invoicing and payment processing.
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure timely month-end/year-end closings.
Lead cost control and revenue optimization initiatives.
Drive budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records: cash flows forecasts and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and insight.
Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and brand-specific standards (e.g. Marriott or Radisson Hotel Group).
Your Profile
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Chief Accountant preferably in the hospitality sector.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
Solid understanding of local tax laws and international accounting standards (IFRS).
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (professional certifications are an asset).
Strong sense of ownership accuracy and accountability.
