Compliance Advisory for Agency Health Operations Technology and Customer departments with detailed responsibility for:
- implementing and maintaining overall process and documentation related with Regulatory Change to ensure PLA complies with laws and regulations from OJK Group and local government.
- providing constructive compliance advice to the business and ensuring that the activities of the company are incompliance with external and internal regulations.
- providing customer centric solutions and recommendations for new products new initiatives and business processes from Compliance perspective; and
- supporting compliance report to Group and various governance forum
