Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of key accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client needs and achieve business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field
2 years of experience in key account management B2B sales or client relationship management roles
Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
