JOB OVERVIEW
Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited is looking for vibrant customer-focused and result-oriented Bancassurance Sales Agents to promote and sell both life and non-life insurance products in banking halls. The role involves working closely with bank staff to generate leads convert prospects and provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell life and non-life insurance products to bank customers and walk-in client
- Prospect engage and convert potential clients within the banking halls into policyholders
- Educate customers on insurance products policy benefits terms and conditions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned bank staff to generate referrals and lead
- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and branch sales targets
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of proposals and application form
- Assist clients with premium payments policy servicing and claims processing where required
- Participate in sales activations customer forums and joint marketing initiatives
- Comply with regulatory guidelines internal policies and ethical sales practices
- Provide regular feedback and sales reports to the Bancassurance Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma HND or Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Business Administration Insurance or a related field.
- At least 1 year sales experience in insurance banking or financial services
- Knowledge of insurance products and bancassurance operations is an advantage
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to explain complex products simply
- Willingness to work in banking halls and achieve aggressive sales target
- Excellent persuasion negation communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with High integrity honesty and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
