Job Objective:
A reputable travel tech company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives strengthen market presence and ensure revenue and profitability targets are achieved. The role involves managing sales teams establishing strong relationships with travel agencies corporate clients and trade partners and ensuring revenue targets are met in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Manage and motivate sales teams to deliver consistent results.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Maintain strong relationships with travel agencies tour operators and corporate clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to guide pricing and promotional decisions.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns and route development.
Represent the airline at trade shows industry events and client meetings.
Ensure adherence to airline policies procedures and service standards
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Aviation Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in airline or travel industry sales.
Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and developing client networks.
Knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS) and airline revenue management principles.
Ability to work under pressure and travel as required
Required Skills:
5years of job-related experience Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language. Proven ability to manage passenger queries and prompt resolution Ability to use Microsoft tools like excel word PowerPoint for reporting High potential individual willing to be trained. Demonstrates Quality Consciousness. Proven sales generation capacity
