Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can own the entire hiring cycle from sourcing to closing. You ll play a key role in building high-performing teams at Brandmovers by finding and engaging the right talent across creative strategy tech and business functions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across levels and functions.

Source candidates using job portals LinkedIn referrals and creative sourcing techniques.

Screen interview and assess candidates to ensure culture and skill fit.

Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements and close positions within timelines.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers databases and reports.

Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Assist with employer branding initiatives to strengthen Brandmovers talent presence.
What We re Looking For

2 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience (agency or in-house preferably in creative/digital industries).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to source and close niche/creative profiles.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
