Learn more about us: the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedHR Operations Internto support our HR team withemployee onboarding processes and documentation management. This role will provide hands-on exposure to core HR operations and the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Support employee onboarding includingdocument collectioncandidate joining confirmation andinduction call coordination.

Coordinate with new joiners to ensuretimely and accurate submission of onboarding documents.

Support in maintaining employee data in theHRMS KEKA.

Prepare and sharejoining announcementsand managework anniversary communications.

Ensure adherence tocompany HR policies SOPs anddata confidentiality standards.

Support the HR team withday-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completedMBA / PGDM / BBA / BA in HRor related field

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge ofHR processes and documentation

Comfortable working withMS Excel Google Sheets and documentation tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
