Job Summary

Dispatch Executive

The Dispatch Executive/Head is responsible for managing the entire dispatch process. This role ensures the efficient and timely dispatch of goods and services oversees dispatch personnel and maintains effective communication with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics and excellent leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery.
Manage and supervise the dispatch team including training and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure efficient logistics processes.
Utilize dispatch software to monitor and optimize delivery routes.
Maintain accurate records of dispatches and deliveries.
Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory standards.
Address and resolve any issues related to deliveries and dispatch.
Prepare and analyze dispatch reports to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in logistics supply chain management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatch management or a similar role.
