Job Description
This is a simple calling job.
You will call existing customers and politely remind them that a payment or invoice is pending.
If the customer has any doubt about the invoice you will connect them to the accounts team for help.
No sales no pressure and no targets.
What You Will Do
Call customers and remind them about pending payments
Answer basic questions related to invoice or payment
If there is any issue inform the accounts team and follow up
Update call details in the system
Speak politely and help customers
What This Job Is NOT

Who Can Apply
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months experience
Anyone comfortable with talking on phone
Basic computer knowledge is enough
