Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers on abandoned carts through calls WhatsApp and emails
Identify reasons for cart abandonment and address customer objections
Pitch relevant offers discounts or solutions to drive conversions
Close sales and ensure timely order confirmation
Update all customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM
Achieve daily weekly and monthly conversion and revenue targets
Skills Required
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online payment processes
Comfortable with outbound calling and customer follow-ups
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Undergraduate
03 years of experience in telesales inside sales or e-commerce sales
Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills are welcome to apply
