Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Management Executive to manage organize and maintain company data with accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry validation reporting and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth data-driven operations. This role requires strong organizational skills discipline and comfort working with spreadsheets and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain update and manage internal databases records and MIS reports with high accuracy.
Prepare analyze and maintain Excel sheets data reports invoices and documentation as per company standards.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and confidentiality across all systems and files.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection verification and timely submission of reports.
Handle client and vendor communication related to data or documentation via email or phone when required.
Assist management with data analysis reporting and administrative data support.
Perform daily data-related tasks and outreach activities as per training and instructions provided by management.
Follow internal processes guidelines and timelines to ensure smooth data operations.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce Management or IT preferred).
Strong proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain data confidentiality.
