BECOMING OUR HVAC OFFICE MANAGER
As our HVAC Office Manager youll be the driving force behind the efficient functioning of our front office in Apache Junction. Your day will involve overseeing key administrative tasks providing essential customer service and dispatch assistance over the phone handling bookkeeping and ensuring seamless payroll processing. Youll enjoy a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM providing the perfect work-life balance for your professional growth!
All that we need from you is the following:
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
Being proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as QuickBooks is highly preferred!
