Job Summary

This is a pivotal leadership role as we scale our North American commercial operations. Youll be the first dedicated manager for our Solutions Architects team in North America leading a team of 5 technical pre-sales professionals with plans to grow to 8 within the next few months. This is a 100% people management role focused on coaching developing and scaling a high-performing team that supports our mid-market and SMB sales efforts across the region.

Your mission should you choose to accept it:

Lead coach and develop a team of 5-8 Solutions Architects providing local North American management to reduce isolation from European headquarters
Drive hiring and onboarding for rapid team expansion building a world-class technical pre-sales organization
Partner closely with Sales leadership to align technical solutions with revenue goals and customer needs
Establish clear performance metrics operating rhythms and development pathways for team members
Foster a culture of curiosity continuous learning and customer obsession within the team
Collaborate across time zones with European leadership while providing in-region support and decision-making

Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

3-5 years of people management experience ideally leading technical customer-facing teams (Solutions Engineers Sales Engineers or Technical Customer Success)
Strong SaaS experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment with proven ability to build and scale teams
Passion for coaching and developing people with a track record of improving team performance and engagement
Experience working with mid-market customers and simplifying complex technical solutions for C-level executives
Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to experiment with new technologies to drive team efficiency
Located in Eastern or Central time zones to ensure overlap with European management and team collaboration
Willingness to travel occasionally within the US and to Europe for commercial events and leadership meetings
