Our Retail Excellence department specializes in providing high-quality merchandising and sales solutions tailored to meet our clients needs. We focus on optimizing in-store merchandising to improve the customer experience while driving sales growth through strategic trade marketing initiatives detailed auditing mystery shopping and data-driven insights. Our suite of services is designed to enhance retail performance and help clients achieve their business objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading and growing a portfolio of key clients ensuring long-term partnerships and business success
• Identifying and capture new business opportunities turning market insights into growth strategies
• Driving the full cycle of client projects from brief to proposal to contract renewal
• Staying on top of industry trends translating them into impactful actions for clients
• Overseeing financial performance including revenue forecasting budgeting and cost optimization
• Mentoring developping and inspiring your team fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic decisions and organizational change

• 15 years experience in sales trade marketing or in sales services with at least 8 years in people leadership roles
• A proven track record in managing commercial relationships and delivering growth
• Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English
• Strong analytical skills (budgeting cost control MS Office proficiency)
