It sources accommodation and destination services from travel suppliers aggregates and merchandises that content in the WebBeds platform then distributes it to its global network of travel trade buyers who sell to the travelling public.

Hotels and other suppliers - global and regional hotel chains independent hotels apartments resorts attractions transfer and sightseeing companies and more - can sell their products to a global network of online and offline travel buyers through robust solutions that provide greater inventory control to simplify distribution and leverage WebBeds enhanced analytics to inform inventory optimisation choices saving costs and increasing revenue.

Travel buyers - online travel agencies retail travel agents corporate travel managers tour operators wholesalers tourism boards super apps DMCs group providers airlines and more - can integrate the hundreds of thousands of hotels and ground services in the WebBeds marketplace through simple and seamless API connectivity or they can search shop and book online through one of WebBeds trade only booking sites.

In this role you will:

  • Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead and manage a team of Market Managers and Market Executives to achieve individual and team KPIs.

- Provide coaching guidance and development opportunities to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Foster a collaborative motivated and goal-driven team environment.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement contracting strategies for the assigned region in alignment with company objectives.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

- Ensure the portfolio of properties meets the demands of the companys sales channels including the right mix of hotels competitive pricing and optimal availability.


  • Performance Monitoring:

- Regularly review team and individual performance metrics providing feedback and support to achieve targets.

- Identify and address challenges including market-specific issues and develop actionable solutions. - Provide regular performance updates to senior management. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Establish and maintain relationships with key hotel partners in the region.

- Support Market Managers in high-level negotiations and issue resolution when required.

- Act as a point of escalation for complex situations with hotel partners or internal stakeholders.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales marketing and other departments to ensure alignment between supply and demand.

- Collaborate with technology teams to resolve issues related to system integrations and product delivery. - Partner with the Commercial Strategy team to identify new opportunities and improve profitability.

  • Reporting and Analytics:

- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about regional performance and strategy. - Prepare and deliver detailed reports on regional performance team progress and market conditions to senior leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of the assigned regions hospitality market dynamics.
  • Experience working with distribution platforms APIs and cloud-based systems is advantageous.
  • Business-level fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
  • Qualifications & knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years hotel account management.
  • Minimum 3 years team management experience
  • Strong negotiation skills; pro-active team leader
  • Accurate with attention to detail Well-developed written and verbal communication skills in English and native in Greek
  • Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Able to develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with hoteliers and colleagues.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
