This role requires strong communication skills adaptability and a willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts. Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in different time zones
- Provide professional and positive responses to global clients
- Adapt to working in rotational shifts including night shifts
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Apply knowledge of customer service principles and practices

- Graduates or Masters degree holders
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
