Premium Retail Sales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Premium Retail Sales Executive in Bangalore. As a Premium Retail Sales Executive you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service meeting sales objectives and maintaining the overall visual appeal of the store. This is an excellent opportunity for both fresher and experienced individuals who are passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of products and services to customers meets the highest standards.
- Create an interactive and engaging store experience to build customer confidence.
- Follow the selling process and adhere to standard operating procedures and organizational policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times.
- Utilize time effectively including periods without customer interactions to upgrade communication skills gain knowledge of SOPs and manage stock.
- Complete operational duties including paperwork and sales reports related to store opening and closing.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product offerings pricing and billing.
- Meet established sales objectives by effectively selling products and services.
- Address and resolve customer escalations in a professional manner.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Stand in an enclosed area for 100% of the shift while assisting customers.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Availability to work during retail hours weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed highly motivated and possess a strong passion for sales.
- Proficient in spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

Required Skills:
Must work during retail hours and be available to work on weekends and public holidays. Well groomed highly motivated aggressive and possess a strong passion for doing sales. Good command of spoken English. Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate with all levels
