Job Summary

Customer Support Voice (International Process)

Location: Infopark Kochi

Work Mode: On-site Night Shift 5-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls
Provide customer support with accuracy and professionalism
Maintain service quality standards and resolve customer queries
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance metrics
Adapt to rotational schedules and maintain process compliance

Requirements

Bachelors Degree (mandatory)
1 year experience in International Voice Process OR Freshers with exceptional communication skills
Strong fluency in English (verbal & written)
Ability to work effectively in night shifts
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
