Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for IoT and GPS devices
Handle customer queries (calls emails on-site)
On-site GPS installation assembly wiring and configuration
Soldering device testing and basic hardware repairs
Troubleshoot GPS SIM power and connectivity issues
Maintain logs and service reports
Coordinate with R&D/Support teams for escalations
Must-Have Skills:
12 years of experience in IoT/GPS/Technical Support
Basic electronics and IoT hardware knowledge
Soldering skills
Understanding of UART RS485 I2C (basic level)
Good communication for customer handling
Additional Requirements:
Comfortable with regular field work
Must have own bike
Good problem-solving and time-management skills
