Role Summary:
The Strategy Partner International Mobility is responsible for designing and executing global talent mobility strategies to support business expansion across international markets. The role works closely with leadership teams to plan workforce deployment ensure compliance with international mobility policies and build seamless relocation & immigration processes for employees moving across borders.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Partnership
Develop and implement international mobility strategies aligned with global business objectives.
Partner with CXOs HRBPs and global leaders to forecast mobility needs and talent deployment plans.
Provide insights on global mobility trends and competitive benchmarking.
Mobility Program Management
Oversee end-to-end international assignments permanent transfers and cross-border workforce planning.
Build frameworks for relocation assignments compensation and taxation for mobile employees.
Ensure strong employee experience throughout the mobility lifecycle.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to immigration laws global mobility regulations and international HR policies.
Work closely with legal compliance and external mobility partners.
Mitigate mobility-related risks and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Data Analytics & Reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in HR Business or related field.
7 years of experience in Global Mobility Talent Strategy or International HR.
Strong knowledge of global relocation immigration tax and compliance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management analytical ability and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field. Professional certification such as CA CA Inter 2. Proven experience (X years) in internal auditing with a focus on payroll revenue or financial processes. 3. Strong understanding of payroll systems financial accounting principles and statutory regulations. 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 6. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
