Job Summary
Designation - Statutory Audit Executive Partner/ Associate Director
Salary - Up to 35 LPA
Location - Tardeo Mumbai
- CA with a minimum of 15 years of experience with a reputed firm in a Statutory Audit vertical
- Sound knowledge and understanding of IGAAP (including Ind AS) Companies Act Standards on Assurance Engagement etc.
- Good communication report drafting and business development skills
- Experience in attending & making presentations before the Audit committee meetings of the listed entities and management of the unlisted entities.
- Developing and managing relations with the clients
- Responsible for Team building Training and technical development of the team.
- Responsible for overall Planning and deliverables of the statutory audits Tax Audits and related assignments of the firm.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the statutory audit vertical
- Reporting to partner/Managing Partner
- Ensuring that deliverables are achieved while maintaining assignment quality and overall adherence to timelines
