Role: Associate Director - School Program Implementation Remote Ahmedabad or Mumbai
Experience: 10 years
Salary: Upto 18-20 LPA
Note: We need someone from Ahmedabad or Mumbai with working knowledge of Gujarati and Marathi Comfort with extensive travel is required.
About the role:
The Associate Director Program Implementation will lead the large-scale execution of reading and learning programs across multiple geographies. This role requires a leader with strong operational expertise stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive high-quality on-the-ground delivery while supporting monitoring and evaluation (M&E) efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Implementation: Lead end-to-end execution of book-based programs covering areas such as reading ECCE Gender STEM and hybrid learning models.

Partnerships & Engagement: Build and manage relationships with government departments district officials NGOs and other key partners. Represent the organization at education events and state/district forums.

Training & Capacity Building: Organize and manage training sessions for teachers Anganwadi workers and field teams ensuring successful deployment of reading toolkits and resources.

Monitoring & Reporting: Establish program tracking systems manage partner MIS processes and analyze usage data to provide strategic insights and regular updates to leadership.

Team & Budget Management: Lead and mentor regional field teams and manage program budgets from initiation through reporting with high efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience: 10 years in education programs community outreach or field-based implementation.

Background: Proven experience working in schools Anganwadis or with government-led programs; experience delivering reading programs is highly preferred.

Core Skills: Strong networking liaison and project management capabilities with excellent communication skills.

Language: Proficiency in reading and writing Gujarati or Marathi is a significant plus.

Travel: Comfort with extensive travel is required.
