Summary:
The Program Coordinator for Talent and Organizational Effectiveness plays a key role in supporting initiatives that enhance employee development engagement and organizational performance. This role involves coordinating programs managing logistics tracking outcomes executing the project plan and collaborating across departments to ensure success of talent strategies.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans timelines budgets and vendor relationships to ensure effective and on-time delivery of talent programs.
Prepare materials files and complete all set-up tasks for talent programs and projects.
Administer and coordinate employee appreciation and recognition programs including meetings events and celebrations.
Serve as administrator for the employee recognition platform ensuring smooth functionality and user support.
Administer and coordinate the annual performance review process within the HR system ensuring accurate setup and timely execution.
Act as the administrator for engagement related surveys ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all necessary tasks related to survey deployment rollout plans and follow-up.
Maintain program and project files including supporting resources communications distribution lists and related files and data.
Educate new and existing users on processes and platform functionality; respond to inquiries.
Monitor program usage and drive engagement through data analysis tracking and reporting.
Track participation progress and outcomes to assess program and/or project effectiveness.
Implement enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Provide in-office support for talent programs and projects.
Place orders and manage logistics for talent programs and projects as requested.
Prepare and/or print materials and resources for talent review training and meetings.
Support the Vice President of Talent Management with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed
Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience of program coordination preferably within Human Resources
Ability to organize information and effectively manage multiple complex tasks/processes/projects independently
Ability to learn quickly and anticipate project needs
Proven success at meeting multiple and often fluid project deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Excel skills including but not limited to pivot tables conditional formatting data validation and VLOOKUP
Proven ability to interact with colleagues and leaders at all levels
Proven problem solver
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent attention to detail
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in related field preferred
