Applicants should hold a good Bachelors degree with at least 3 years of work experience preferably in the education sector. They should be good team players with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and able to work dependently on multiple tasks. Commitment to quality results excellent time and detail management good problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude are essential qualities for the post. Previous experience in programme design operations promotions event management and international student admissions in tertiary education institutions would be a plus.
The appointee will be responsible for designing and executing year-round programmes for international secondary students in collaboration with University faculties departments and external vendors as well as planning and initiating different types of student activities and/or performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Applicants with lower qualifications or less experience may be considered for the position of Executive Assistant.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
