Onboarding & Activation Lead is responsible for guiding new customers or employees through the onboarding process and ensuring they are effectively activated and engaged with the companys products services or culture. This role is crucial for setting the foundation for long-term success and satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Program Development: Design and implement a structured onboarding program that meets the needs of new customers or employees ensuring a seamless and positive initial experience.
2. Activation Strategy: Develop strategies to activate new users or employees ensuring they fully engage with the companys products services or internal processes.
3. Training and Support: Create and deliver training materials and sessions to educate new users or employees about the companys offerings and how to make the most of them.
4. Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather feedback from new users or employees to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process. Use insights to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
5. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with departments such as sales marketing customer support and human resources to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience and address any cross-functional needs.
6. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding and activation to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
7. Customer/Employee Engagement: Foster a welcoming and engaging environment for new users or employees addressing any questions or concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
8. Process Improvement: Regularly review and refine onboarding processes and materials to improve efficiency and effectiveness based on feedback and changing business needs.
9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities and provide regular reports to management on program performance and outcomes.
10. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to onboarding team members fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Any major
Typically 5 years of experience with at least 5 years dealing with Onbarding & Activation Sales

1. Good excellent communication and organizational skills
2. Proactive customer-focused and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
