Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire requirements management process within a project(s) Ownership of BA process
- Detailed understanding of the overall scope of the project and managing scope related changes effectively
- Responsible to provide estimates for requirements elicitation documentation and review activities
- Review of documentation for consistency and accuracy
- Managing the on-boarding/roll-off activities for Business Analyst resources who join or leave the project team
- Responsible for coordinating junior Business Analyst members on projects
- Strike a good balance between setting the BA team up for ultimate success from a project execution standpoint whilst ensuring that each Business Analyst has the opportunity to grow as individuals on the project
- Ability to take up a mentoring role to assist SBA and below positions to groom up while constantly monitoring the progress
Person Specifications
- 5 8 year(s) experience in software Business Analysis
- Experience in the relevant business areas and domains are preferred
- Good interviewing elicitation communication presentation writing and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the business processes and basic knowledge on the development and modelling tools
- Ability to formulate research and analysis studies plan and reports analyze alternatives and use appropriate support and /or illustrative software
- Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
