Job Description:

Assist with Business Verification (BV) and Meta Ticketing requests.
Support client onboarding and activation.
Collect and check completeness of request information and documentation.
Provide updates and follow-up to internal teams.

Requirements:

Prefered candidate with Business Communications IT major.
Interest and basic knowledge of Meta tools (e.g. Facebook Business Manager Ads Manager WhatsApp Business API).
Good English skills (written & spoken) for communication and documentation.
Good communication skills collaborative and proactive in managing tasks.
Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
