Job Summary

Our client a leading real estate consultancy services provider requires an experienced Relationship Management Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving sales growth improving client loyalty and expanding the companys client base through effective relationship management and deal closure.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling networking and social media to grow and maintain a strong client database.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities assess customer needs and understand market trends.
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally through face-to-face interactions phone calls and emails and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on the companys products and services to potential and existing clients.
  • Sell the companys products and services and manage the full sales cycle for new prospects from initial contact through negotiation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on activities sales performance goals and prospects to the Head of Sales.
  • Participate in all company-organised events and conferences and represent the company at other events when required.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions to client challenges and provide accurate information guidance and ongoing support to meet clients diverse needs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and organisational objectives.
  • Prioritise workloads effectively work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of business concepts and dynamics when dealing with high-end clients.
  • Exhibit superior time management skills and strong attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
  • Manage multiple sales processes and client accounts simultaneously within defined timelines.
  • Report to work consistently and maintain punctuality at all times.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively to enhance client satisfaction retention and loyalty.


Requirements

  • Must have at least a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales and Marketing Real Estate Management Communication or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) year relevant experience in sales. Experience in a real estate background is an advantage.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and ambitious with the ability to perform in a competitive environment and meet targets.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
  • Possess excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.
  • Must possess strong organisational multitasking networking and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google (G-Suite) applications.



Required Skills:

Must have at least four (4) years of experience in the same or similar field. Must possess knowledge of consumer marketing and reporting skills. Experience handling press conferences and pitching to the media. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to run PR campaigns and secure coverage and buzz with traditional outlets. Possess understanding of social media and experience working with blogs and bloggers. Ability to think creatively and manage multiple tasks effectively.


Required Education:

Must have at least a Bachelors degree in Public Relations Journalism marketing or a related field.
