Tasks

Your work locations are commercial industrial or residential properties such as homes schools offices hospitals factories industrial facilities and construction sites. You will perform general/ standard cleanings deep cleanings and move-in/move-out cleanings throughout the assigned property. Your major tasks include;

1. Dust furniture equipment partitions walls etc.
2. Clean and disinfect sinks countertops floors toilets mirrors tables chairs refrigerators microwaves etc in restrooms break rooms and/or kitchenettes.
3. Washes dishes utensils glasses pots and pans.
4. Replenish supplies in restrooms break rooms and kitchen.
5. Sweep mop vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms mops and vacuum cleaners.
6. Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas.
7. Wipe down walls and woodwork doors wall hangings baseboards etc.
8. Do other cleaning tasks assigned to you by the manager.

Requirements

• Live in the Netherlands.
• Self-employed/Freelance.
• Friendly and Professional.
• Hardworking.
• Loyal and Honest.
• Arrive at work (client location) at the scheduled time.
• Speaks English or Dutch.
• Have the legal right to work and live in the Netherlands.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions as well as company policies and procedures.
• General knowledge of cleaning products supplies and techniques for cleaning.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience in cleaning is not a must but you must be willing to learn and have a good attitude.

Benefits

• Part-time job 10-25 hours per week;
• Gross salary of 19.15 per hour.
