Job Summary
AI Customer Service Engineer (Freelance / Independent Contractor)
2030/hour Hybrid (1 day per week in Nieuwegein Utrecht)
Were looking for a freelance AI Customer Service Engineer to help build improve and maintain the AI tools that power our customer service teams.

Experience in AI ops customer service systems or automation
Problem-solver with strong analytical thinking
Able to work independently and deliver consistent quality
