AI Engineer - Customer Service (Freelance / Independent Contractor)
2030/hour Hybrid (1 day per week in Nieuwegein Utrecht)

As our AI Customer Service Engineer youll shape train and optimize the AI tools that support our customer service teams. Your work will improve response accuracy reduce workload for agents and create scalable solutions across multiple brands.
