Service Advisor - Liberty Auto City (Libertyville IL)

Location: 1000 E Park Ave Libertyville IL 60048. Liberty Automotive

Compensation: Up to $52000 base salary aggressive monthly commission (based on experience) with six-figure potential for top performers.

Liberty Auto City is hiring a high-output Service Advisor to own the customer experience from write-up to delivery. If you can run a busy lane set clear expectations and keep ROs tight and accurate we want you.

What Youll Do

Greet customers capture concerns verify warranty/insurance and build precise estimates and timelines
Schedule and dispatch efficiently; manage RO flow with technicians and parts for zero delays
Conduct walk-around inspections and test drives to validate concerns; document with clarity
Present maintenance/repair options professionally; secure approvals and set pick-up times
Proactively communicate status updates; review final invoices and next-service recommendations
Ensure parts availability and RO accuracy; protect CSI and follow dealership processes every time
Close out ROs cleanly-no surprises no loose ends

What You Bring

Elite customer service communication and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of automotive systems and dealership service operations
Proficiency with DMS/dispatch/scheduling tools; fast accurate documentation
Organized goal-driven able to manage multiple ROs under pressure
Team mindset-seamless coordination with techs parts and management
Prior advisor/writer experience preferred; ASE C1 or OEM training a plus; valid drivers license
