Join the team at Rowe Ford Sales as a Ford Assistant Service Advisor in Westbrook this role you will support the service department by assisting customers with their vehicle service needs ensuring smooth communication between customers and the service technicians and helping to maintain an efficient service process.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Assist Service Advisors in scheduling appointments and managing service workflows.
- Communicate service updates and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
- Support the service team in handling customer inquiries via phone and in person.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely service completion.
- Loan out loaner vehicles
- Take payment of service invoices
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills. Upbeat and friendly.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is a plus.
