3 months contract with local authority
The role focuses on leading the Young Adults Service area ensuring that all operational responsibilities are executed to the highest standards. The position is crucial in supporting and empowering practitioners to deliver exceptional services. It involves overseeing supervision facilitating team meetings and ensuring that all essential services are consistently effective.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operational responsibilities of the Young Adults Service area.
- Support and enable practitioners to deliver high-quality services.
- Ensure supervision and team meetings are conducted effectively.
- Maintain consistent performance of essential services.
Requirements
