- Monitor premises budgets order supplies and prepare reports on maintenance activity and costs.
- Maintain accurate records and risk assessments and support the schools emergency planning.
Person specification
- Significant experience in premises or facilities management with demonstrable leadership ability.
- Strong working knowledge of statutory compliance obligations and H&S best practice.
- Practical organised and skilled in contractor management and basic trades work.
- Clear communicator able to work with governors leaders and external stakeholders across Bradford.
- Available to take up post January 2026 with induction and handover activities before January 2026.
