What youll do:
- Lead full lifecycle HVAC projectsfrom design coordination and procurement through construction commissioning & handover
- Manage budgets schedules risk quality & safety to deliver on time and on budget
- Oversee stakeholder engagement: clients consultants contractors internal teams
- Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and regulatory standards
- Mentor and lead project teams to achieve high performance and outcomes
What we need from you:
- Minimum 5 years in commercial HVAC project management
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems; prior work in health commercial or data centre sectors highly valued
- Proven track record delivering projects safely on time on budget - end to end.
- Excellent leadership communication problem solving & stakeholder management skills
- Relevant tertiary/trade qualifications and ability to read/interact with technical drawings & performance specifications
