What youll do:

Lead full lifecycle HVAC projectsfrom design coordination and procurement through construction commissioning & handover
Manage budgets schedules risk quality & safety to deliver on time and on budget
Oversee stakeholder engagement: clients consultants contractors internal teams
Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and regulatory standards
Mentor and lead project teams to achieve high performance and outcomes

What we need from you:

Minimum 5 years in commercial HVAC project management
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems; prior work in health commercial or data centre sectors highly valued
Proven track record delivering projects safely on time on budget - end to end.
Excellent leadership communication problem solving & stakeholder management skills
Relevant tertiary/trade qualifications and ability to read/interact with technical drawings & performance specifications
