As a Spanish Customer Service Representative youll be the first point of contact for clients providing friendly professional and effective support. Your role will be key to ensuring customers feel heard valued and satisfiedevery single time.
Key Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy
-Resolve issues promptly ensuring each interaction ends with a satisfied customer
-Guide clients through products services and troubleshooting steps

-Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex cases efficiently
-Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements
-6 months of experience in customer service
-Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (additional languages a plus)
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
-Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
