As an E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist youll help deliver seamless and positive online shopping experiences. Using clear friendly written communication youll guide customers handle issues and support a reliable easy-to-use platform. Key Responsibilities:

Support customers through chat and email with accurate professional and empathetic responses
Follow SOPs to solve issues efficiently or escalate when needed
Meet performance targets including quality standards and SLAs
Keep up with product changes platform updates and best practices through regular training
Stay customer-focused offering straightforward effective solutions
Share feedback and insights to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

Proficiency in German (C1 level)
Proficiency in English (B2 level)
EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
Desire to learn and advance in the field
