Role Overview:

As an E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist youll help deliver seamless and positive online shopping experiences. Using clear friendly written communication youll guide customers handle issues and support a reliable easy-to-use platform. This role suits people who enjoy structured workflows value customer satisfaction and want to grow in a tech-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers through chat and email with accurate professional and empathetic responses

  • Follow SOPs to solve issues efficiently or escalate when needed

  • Meet performance targets including quality standards and SLAs

  • Keep up with product changes platform updates and best practices through regular training

  • Stay customer-focused offering straightforward effective solutions

  • Share feedback and insights to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role
  • Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
  • Desire to learn and advance in the field
