Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Danish.
  • Provide accurate information about products services and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Native Danish speaker with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
