The role
- coordination of maintenance service requests coordinating service suppliers and operators for repairs and installations
- coordinating with landlords ensuring compliance with regulations company policy and standards providing administrative support for facility projects.
- handling property data technical and formal documentation
- tracking all administrative activities within the property division
- handling contracts invoicing and documentation
- reporting and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
- assist in preparing reports on property division performance and updates for the stakeholders
About you
- Background in Retail Engineering Real Estate or a related field.
- Strong administrative organizational and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- 1 year of experience in property management maintenance project management or a related field would be an advantage
