Job Description
We are looking for a Merchandising Supervisor with a clean Class 3 (motorbike license) to join a client in the FMCG industry.
Salary and Benefits:
- Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Stock management (rotation near dated expired breakages).
- Principals planograms compliance
- Merchandising team management
- Reporting and analysis
- Implementation of call routes Key Competencies
Key Skills:
- 2 years sales experience in an FMCG environment.
- Clean class 3 Drivers License (motor bike license)
- Must possess good analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Good oral & written communication skills and be able to work under pressure.
- Must have good Excel knowledge.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to follow procedures.
- Should possess good understanding of merchandising.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field.
