Job Summary

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our clients team.

Salary and Benefits:

USD 500 Gross plus Airtime

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the factory ensuring production targets are met efficiently and accurately.
Oversee crop seed and seed processing activities maintaining quality standards and timelines.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and implement best practices in quality management.
Manage and coordinate factory staff promoting productivity and accountability.
Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and timely maintenance.
Maintain accurate production records and report on output performance and issues.
Uphold safety protocols and ensure a clean organized working environment.
Liaise with management to align factory operations with broader business goals.

Key Skills:

Experience in the seed industry
2-3 years of experience

Qualifications:

5 OLevels
