Job Summary

Job Description:

Maintain the Exchange Rate sheet and sharing with internal team on daily basis.
Responsible for generating the sales order against customers purchase order in SAP & maintain the actual delivery status against the sales order in Google sheet on daily basis.
Responsible for blocking machines & component against customers purchase order & open sales order in Inventory Google Sheet & perform the inward & outward on daily basis.
Responsible for taking follow-up on open sales orders & purchase order sharing with customers for the closure.
Need to coordinate with Warehouse team for the daily dispatch of machines on daily basis.
Responsible for generating the E-invoice & Eway in SAP & Government Online Portal against sales order & proforma invoice shared by sales actor.
Responsible for verifying the machine model & serial no before dispatching the machines from warehouse & taking delivery in SAP System.
Need to book porter as per the shared shipping address by sales actor and coordinate with dispatch team for Bangalore Region.
Responsible for raising the credit notes against tax invoices by verifying debit notes/tax invoices received from customers ensuring accurate valuation and timely inward entry of defective materials.
Responsible for providing technical assistance to customers related to Machine & Components Issues after post sales.
Responsible for maintaining & tracking the data such as Petty Cash Sales Inventory Productivity & Transactions which is related to Management / Development Department.
Need to perform cold calling on marketing data and internet leads on daily basis to generate the sales and finding the opportunity to achieve the sales target.
Responsible for maintaining & updating of Daily Matrix sheet sharing with management on daily basis.
Responsible for designing stickers and nameplates using Adobe Acrobat and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery to the warehouse.
