- Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Hours: 25 hours a week Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:30am - 2:30 pm; No on-call required

As a Client Service Representativeheres a big-picture view of what youll do:
- Assistour Client Service Supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
- Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services
- Verify documentation on employees schedules
- Assistwith office functions such as processing weekly payroll
- Act as a customer services representative for thePersonal Care and Support Servicesclients and employees.

A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives:
- One (1) year experience in health care temporarystaffing or related industry preferred.
- Scheduling experience preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Requires excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Proven organization skills and detail orientation
- Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
- Proficiency with modern technologies
