Private Client Paralegal 1-3 years experience

This is a rare and sought-after position and will suit a paralegal with some relevant Private client experience or a recently qualified solicitor in this specialised field with 1-3 years experience.

Requirements
Work on transactions of high value and complexity
Succession Planning
Wills admin and solicitor support
Probate and estate management
Trusts and lifetime trusts
LPAs-Lasting Power of Attorney
Property Transfers
Estate Planning
Inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection advice
Administration of estates.
Court protection and deputy ship
Represent high-net-worth individual clients and private companies.
