Sales Representative/Assistant Manager
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Assistant Manager to join our team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the building industries including façade consultants builders and architects. This role requires a proactive and target-oriented approach to sales with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth.
Responsibilities

- Regularly interact with architects to gather product specifications and understand customer needs
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to customers
- Utilize solution-selling skills to meet sales targets and close orders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and communication
- Convert cold calls into confirmed business orders
- Meet or exceed sales quotas for assigned territory
- Travel extensively across the south zone as required

- 4-6 years of experience in sales preferably in the building materials industry
- Strong knowledge of façade consultants builders and architects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
