Job Description

GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ a prominent national accounting and advisory firm. Our team provides qualified Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis across a broad range of industries. GHJs relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand clients needs attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.

Our client is a reputable non-profit organization that is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Grants Manager.

Responsibilites

    • Oversee all grant accounting responsibilities
    • Works in close collaboration with the leadership team program and finance departments to monitor fiscal deliverables of grants
    • Provides leadership and oversight on grant procedures and processes; identify ways to expand spending on grants
    • Work closely with leadership on grant budgets and budget expense projections
    • Maintain accurate information for monthly grant reporting
    • Proactively identifies and addresses issues to enhance grant data collection reporting and impact assessment
    • Track grants including actual vs budgeted awarded
    • Responsible for the oversight of grant audits

Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in business finance accounting or a related field.
    • 5 years of experience
$100000 - $120000 a year
