Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue/white-collar roles (e.g. HSE Supervisors Drilling Engineers Pipeline Inspectors).
  • Utilize ATS and LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source candidates for urgent project mobilizations.

Project Coordination

  • Partner with users to align staffing with project timelines.
  • Coordinate medical check-ups onboarding and personnel benefits administration.

Process Optimization

  • Redesign job ads to improve candidate attraction
  • Maintain recruitment databases with real-time updates on candidate pipelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as liaison between HR project managers and external vendors for seamless mobilizations.

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • 4 yearsin Oil & Gas recruitment (EPCI/offshore project experience preferred).
  • Mastery of ATS tools and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
  • Proven track record in high-volume hiring (50 candidates/month).
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken) for cross-border coordination.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in HR Management/Psychology (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with contract-based hiring and SIMOPS environments.
