What Youll Be Doing
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-tech roles
- Build effective sourcing strategies across job portals social media and referrals
- Screen and shortlist candidates with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Partner closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and reports
What Were Looking For
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in non-tech recruitment
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement
- Excellent communication skills written & spoken
- Confident proactive and target-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
